Lisa- Sales Executive
I am a dynamic and forward thinking professional with proven communication and interpersonal attributes. I am task oriented and possess strong influencing skills that enable me to build and maintain healthy working relationships. I am originally from Manchester and have been living in London for just over a year, I have a varied background in Sales from Recruitment to Retail so I understand the importance of having the correct sales training.

Nick- Sales Executive
I have a varied background in sales fields including property, finance and commodity broking. I enjoy working in a dynamic team passing on a comprehensive range of skills to clients and their teams. Working alongside anything from small to medium enterprises up to blue chips it gives me great satisfaction to see companies reaping the rewards of our tried and tested techniques and unrivalled training.
Outside work I collect records, snowboard and swim, recently helping to organise a charity swim to the Isle of Wight.
Marzena- Sales Executive
I am originally from Poland but have been living in the UK for the past 10 years. I have got a strong track record of sales and account management across a variety of different sectors including property, restaurants, hotels and retails. I speak fluent Polish, English, French and Italian.
I have a passion for travelling and have a taste for adventure and the unknown.

Boyd- MD
Boyd Mayover has been involved in setting up and running call centres for the past 30 years. Throughout his long career he has gained expertise in recruitment, training, selling, managing, development systems, looking after profit and loss and staff development.
After achieving success in many diverse markets, Boyd set up Positive Approach in 2006.
His belief that training should be participative, fun and tailored to meet the needs of the client has helped Positive Approach to grow and expand, offering a wide selection of bespoke courses from telephone sales skills to team leader training.
Boyd is married and has one daughter. He is an avid Watford fan and enjoys going out to good restaurants and spending time with his family.

Tony- Director
Tony Morris began his career as a telesales executive selling IT software solutions. His telephone sales skills allowed him to quickly rise to become an Account Manager, before becoming responsible for training all new telesales executives.
Since founding Positive Approach, Tony has led the telesales arm, generating many new business opportunities for the company.
Tony believes that any individual can sell a product or service, as long as they are determined, positive and use a sensible call guide rather than a generic script.
He is married with a son. He loves films, reading and going on holidays.
