TIME MANAGEMENT & GOAL SETTING TRAINING

In order for individuals to achieve their true potential, they need to maximise their selling time and be motivated by company and individual goals.

The course covers the principles of time management and goal setting which is then reinforced through practical examples and case studies. These highlight the areas of individual accountability, as well as the contributions expected of sales people or individual profit centres.

The course also assists individuals to develop "additional" tools, which will help them achieve their desired result. It helps them to monitor their progress and measure their performance. As a result, they actually want to perform better.

Time Management

Analyse time and decide how, as a resource, this can be effectively used during working hours and selling time. Stress the importance of reducing the cost of the sale.

Goal Setting

Agree on a goal setting formula and then set specific and measurable goals and action steps in terms of every day activities and case studies.

The Presentation

The formulated goals and action steps will then be presented to the seminar group for further discussion and agreement of a final individual or group plans of action.
